As our club has grown substantially, we have established a fourth team (never been done before in England), to offer more practice and more playing time to all of our players. Here, our experienced but with other commitments, compete.

Get to Know Us
The Men’s 4 team is all about enjoying handball, welcoming players with a good amount of handball experience to join in on the fun, without the commitment of two training sessions per week. The focus is on having a good time and sharing a love for the game.
We come together for the thrill of handball and the camaraderie it brings, enjoying weekend games as a chance to compete and bond as a team.
For the Rats of Men’s 4, it’s all about playing with passion and making great memories along the way!
